New York Daily News Reports: The NFL is looking into whether Ahmad Bradshaw has violated the league's personal conduct policy and is subject to suspension.
While Bradshaw's lawyer, family and friends have said that the running back has not committed any new offense or crime to violate the probation, the NFL is keeping an eye on the situation. If commissioner Roger Goodell deems that Bradshaw has violated the league's conduct policy code, he could suspend Bradshaw.
"We are looking into it to determine whether he is subject to discipline," said Greg Aiello, the NFL's senior vice president of public relations.

New York Times Reports: Michael Strahan, the longtime leader of the Giants defense and widely recognized for his gap-toothed smile, is retiring from the N.F.L., leaving his lone Super Bowl victory as the final game of a 15-year career.
The defensive end, likely a first-ballot Hall-of-Famer, told the Giants on Monday morning. A news conference was scheduled for noon on Tuesday at Giants Stadium.
“It was important that my teammate knew which was I was going before they got on the field to start the work to defend our title,” Strahan, 36, told foxsports.com, which broke the news. “It’s time. I’m done.”

Kiwanuka Healthy, Thrilled to be Back Posted by D.A. Louis June 5, 2008

New York Post Reports: Yesterday, Kiwanuka spent his morning on the field along with his Giant teammates, admittedly more excited than most of them to merely be out there running around. He missed the last six games of the regular season with a broken left leg and ankle damage that required surgery, meaning he was a very interested bystander for the entire playoff run and Super Bowl glory.
"This is excellent," Kiwanuka said after working up a sweat during the Giants New York Giants ' third and by far most strenuous Organized Team Activity practice.
"I'll take every rep I can, every snap I can take. ... It's a chance to get oiled up on some of the new things and get back into the old things we used to do.

Wynn, who battled a toe injury last season, worked out for the Giants on May 14.

Phillips Was Giants Target In Draft Posted By Jay Miles May 1, 2008

brief and to the point. The Super Bowl champion coach simply asked the University of Miami safety if he was excited about becoming a member of the Giants and if there are any health-related issues that have cropped up recently that the team needs to be aware of.
They may not have been the most probing queries, but they matched a lack of intensity, if not desire, in the Giants' process of putting Phillips at the top of their pre-draft wish list. They hadn't spoken with him since his pro day - when they sent only one representative - and hadn't had any real contact with him since the combine. The Giants didn't need to spend any more time than that to decide that he was their guy.

Five words echoed frequently from Mario Manningham’s mouth, through a speakerphone and off the cinderblock walls of a room at Giants Stadium.
“The past is the past.”
Manningham, a talented wide receiver from Michigan, delivered those words four times in a seven-minute conference call Sunday after the Giants took a chance on him with the last pick of the NFL draft’s third round.
